PNSQC Membership

There are 2 types of PNSQC members:

  • Voting Members - participate in running and managing the PNSQC non-profit organization. See the Volunteers page under About Us for more information.
  • Community Members - use the PNSQC website to share and exchange information, interact, and network with the rest of the community.

Advantages of Community Membership

The intent of having a community membership is to provide a more spam-proof, privacy protected way for people with a common interest to exchange information about software quality. It also helps PNSQC organizers and volunteers more effectively manage PNSQC by using more automation to manage things such as newsletter distribution.

Anyone, community members and non-members alike, can browse the PNSQC website. However, only community members can submit papers, receive periodic mailings and newsletters, become exhibitors or sponsors, and participate in community activities (see Community). The following table shows the additional capabilities that community members have.
