QA Authority: From Zero to Hero

In today's world, there are opinions that testers are not 'real' IT professionals, and their profession is considered simple and accessible to anyone. These views are often based on a misunderstanding of what testers actually do and the value they bring to projects. In my presentation, I will explore the reasons for such misunderstandings and present strategies that will help QA specialists increase their authority within the team and project. We will discuss methods of effective communication with other team members, demonstrating the value of their work, and ways to participate in development processes to become an indispensable team member.
