This paper will describe how our online application test team evolved from a ‘traditional’ model of Waterfall life cycle, which pitted reliability against time, to a model that allows us to properly prioritize and focus on the most important aspects of our application and to establish the proper metrics to conclude whether adequate testing has been performed.
