The Heat is On – April 15 is Coming Soon

We’ve gotten a few questions over the last few weeks about submitting papers and proposals to PNSQC 2018. As mentioned on our website, our conference is different because we require a paper as part of speaking at PNSQC. Very few commercial conferences require papers.

The PNSQC audience is mainly quality professionals focused on problem solving rather than ‘theoretical research.’ Research and related works can help support your paper, especially when referring to similar problems that others have solved or approaches that help the reader understand your problem scope better.

Targeted Topics – Your Help Needed!

The program committee has extended the Call until April 15th for specific tracks. This is part of the plan to provide comprehensive tracks to cover important quality topics. We are looking for:

• Technologies & Tools

With so many technologies and tools coming and some going, it’s hard to figure out which one to use. Should you consider functionality alone or are their other considerations? Those who have tried and failed or succeeded can share their experiences in using a variety of tools from automation and performance to security and process management.

• Performance & Security

Let’s face it; you can’t be a part of the party if you’re late. That’s why performance is so important. Security, on the other hand, means you need tough bouncers to keep the bad guys out. Find out how as experts share their experience from the trenches.

• Automation

Find out all about automation, from the black box to white box, and API test automation. Practitioners tell their stories about how they set up frameworks, made mistakes and learned new ways to use automation to complement and speed up their efforts on all types of platforms from IOT to mobile and web.

What’s Next After I’ve Submitted My Proposal Abstract

Pro Tip: If you have already submitted an abstract, we encourage you to go into Open Conference and review your submission, try to improve it, as any edits/updates would help the selection committee better understand your topic and its value. Also, edits to your abstract just might increase your chances for selection!
