Lucy Chang is a Senior Software Engineer in Quality at Intuit, currently working in the QuickBooks Online team in Mountain View, California. She has extensive experiences in web services automation testing, performance testing and mobile automation testing.

Lucy has an M.S. in Computer Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to the bio on your paper, is there anything else you'd like PNSQC attendees to know about you?

I enjoy road trips and hiking. I have visited 21 national parks in the last five years and looking forward to many more!

Why did you choose to present your paper at PNSQC?

PNSQC is the prestigious and cutting edge conference for software quality engineers. And the fact that a technical paper is required along with the assignment of reviewers showed the rigidness of the conference committee and their commitment to high quality content.

Is there anything PNSQC attendees should know about your topic before attending your presentation?

The basic understanding of AWS and stubbing is not required but will be helpful to understand the topic faster.

What do you think is the next big trend, topic or challenge for software quality?

Scalability and availability testing. How to test disaster recovery.
