We typically define our value to the company in terms of the role we fill; Business Analyst, Iteration Manager, QA Lead. But in today’s high-paced, collaborative workplace, being good at just one thing is not likely enough to provide a life-long career. Those capable of filling other roles and being able to work well with others have a greater chance of long term success. In this session we look at how we learn and grow into mastery, the value of broadening our skills and developing empathy for other roles, and finally take a look at some specific tools we can use to help succeed in a highly collaborative world.
