Why Attend?
Break away from the daily routine and get exposed to new ideas and ways of working that you can take back to your team. Share the discoveries, learning, and achievements from your team with others. Contribute to and be a part of a movement that is transforming Intel and the industry for the better.
Early Bird Registration Opens on December 2nd.
Call for Papers: We invite submissions of short papers and expertise reports. Submissions should be 2–6 pages, including images. All submissions must present content that is appropriate for a general audience and meet your company’s publishing guidelines. The Submission System opens in mid-December.
We are especially interested in submissions that promote the following:
Culture: In his book, The Primes, Chris McGoff defines culture as being the difference between the behaviors we support and those we don’t. What behaviors do we encourage in the workplace? How should we change? How can we make these changes?
Community: We can come together for a one-time event or we can find ways to continue working with each other to do more than is possible at the individual or team level. This is the essence of community. What are we doing to enhance our community? How can we work better together to drive the change we want to see?
Craft: Do we take pride in our work? What are we doing each day to improve our craft? Building our skills while providing value is core to continuous improvement in our work. How can we incorporate this into our busy schedules?
