Jamie Wetzel joined Tasktop in 2010 due to his passion for integration, process streamlining, and product development, particularly at IT-focused organizations. Always seeking new challenges and leading technology solutions in IT, Jamie began his career in Satellite Network Planning and Network Management for the US Army Space Command. He then focused on IT problem-solving using object-relational mapping solutions, simulation software for networking protocol development, and application troubleshooting/performance analysis.
In his role at Tasktop, Jamie consults with organizations who are growing at a rapid pace and struggling to streamline collaboration among the various disciplines involved in software delivery. Jamie has assisted numerous Fortune 2000 companies in enhancing their IT outcomes through improved QA, development, and requirements analysis processes and by identifying critical integration patterns and developing solutions to facilitate robust, scalable software lifecycle tools.
A resident of San Diego, Jamie enjoys officiating soccer and basketball, playing the piano, participating in various outdoor activities such as hiking and camping, and researching and testing new mobile and web technologies.
