Kevin Kelly is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and the leader of Deloitte’s Public Sector Transportation practice. He also oversees the work Deloitte performs in the the State of Oregon.
Kevin has over 30 years of experience in helping public sector define and achieve their organizational visions through IT enablement, program modernization, and enterprise risk assessment. He has experience in leading the implementation of configurable packages and custom solutions for commercial health plans and state government. Kevin has extensive management experience with large-scale systems development projects, developing a strong sense of team and managing change across and within organizations. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, vacationing in warm climates, and spending time with his family. He also performs as the court Jester for Queen Elizabeth.
