Norman Daoust is the Principal Consultant of Daoust Associates, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He specializes in requirements modeling, training business analysts, data modeling and database design, and healthcare electronic data exchange using the HL7 standard. His clients have included the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Veteran’s Health Administration (VA), the Canadian Institute for Health Information, a Fortune 500 software company, and several start-ups. He has trained more than five hundred business analysts for an IIBA Endorsed Education Provider.
