In 2011 I started research on ‘Reasons of Disengagement at Work’ and collected different feedback from every industry.
We can’t ignore this because :
- Disengagement is costly.
- Demotivated employees underperform and walk out the door at the first opportunity.
1. We hire people after a number of interview rounds which eliminates the doubt that hired person is not skilled.
2. Secondly when we hire then it’s obvious we have work which needs to be done.
If these two things are clear then it’s a point of thought why a large number of people who are disengaged?
I will present you some easy tricks and smart goal approaches to overcome such challenges. All are approved and have already changed the lives of hundreds of people.
