Proteus Technologies
Ray Lischner has been designing and developing software for about three decades, starting at the California Institute of Technology, where he earned his B.S. in computer science, and subsequently at large and small companies on both coasts of the United States. Meanwhile, he earned his M.S., also in computer science, from Oregon State University and performed stints as an author (C++ in a Nutshell, Exploring C++, Shakespeare for Dummies, and other books), consultant, teacher, and stay-at-home dad. Many years ago, Ray served on the PNSQC board and various committees. He currently develops software for Proteus Technologies, where he holds the title of Distinguished Member of Technical Staff. Ray is a senior member of IEEE and a member of ACM.
