- Early Bird Deadline: September 15, 2025

Group Discounts for Teams
Bringing your team along? PNSQC encourages group participation by offering great discounts:
- In-Person Conference Group Discount: If three or more people register together, they receive a 15% discount off the individual registration rate. For example, during the Super-Early Bird period, individual registration is $1290, while the group rate is $1095 per person.
- Virtual 2-Day Conference Group Discount: A bigger discount applies here! Instead of the standard $499 per person, groups of four or more can register for $399 per person, a 20% discount.
How to Register for the Group Discount
To ensure your group receives the discounted rate, follow these steps:
- Add all attendees during the registration process before completing payment.
- Have their email addresses and street addresses ready for registration.
- Optionally, use a single company street address.
By following this method, your group will automatically qualify for the discounted rate.
Virtual vs. In-Person Attendance
If you’re unable to attend in person, the virtual 2-day conference option provides a flexible way to participate. However, workshops are not available for virtual attendees. PNSQC found that workshops are much more effective when conducted in-person, ensuring a richer, more interactive experience for participants.
