Exhibitor Display Booth FAQs for PNSQC 2024
In addition to the other benefits of being a sponsor for PNSQC, Platinum and Gold tier supporters may have an exhibition booth at the annual conference.
We also offer exhibition booths on an ad hoc basis.
Physical Display Booth at the Annual Conference
Your organization may want to have a physical display booth at PNSQC. Here are the details for exhibitors.
PNSQC has the Columbia Falls Ballroom reserved starting at noon on Sunday before the conference.
The tables are 6' x 18".
Booths can be staffed on Tuesday and optionally Wednesday.
Exhibitors will be lined up along the back of the room.
Here’s a rough map of the room with tables lettered A-G for reference (not to scale).
You can let us know in advance which table, or just choose one when you set up.
First come/reserved – first served.
Q: What other costs might be included with a booth? If we choose the Platinum tier, do we need to incur any other additional costs such as booth setup, tax, and more?
- You will have free access to power outlets if you need it, just let us know.
- We'll use the conference center's wifi for free
- About the only other cost might be parking. Parking is available onsite for $13 overnight or $3 per hour.
Q: How exactly will PNSQC help us in booth setup?
- You can ship materials to the University Place hotel c/o PNSQC Conference
- The booths are on the 2nd floor - there’s an elevator to that floor (see map)
- The conference center has carts to help you move large items
