There is no doubt that code quality impacts business success.  Jayne Friedland Holland will talk about the importance of quality code from an executive leadership perspective, highlighting why it matters, key elements that influence code quality, and the consequences that result from an organization‘s failure to stay on top of it.

Jayne was named as Tyler‘s chief privacy officer and deputy chief legal officer in April 2021 where she is responsible for helping build and maintain a privacy compliance management program by reducing risk in key areas of privacy and data risk and ensuring compliance with state and federal privacy legislation and global privacy regulations. Jayne joined Tyler following Tyler‘s acquisition of NIC Inc. in April 2021, where she served in roles including executive officer, chief security officer, and associate general counsel for 17 years. While serving as chief security officer for NIC, she led the company‘s cybersecurity strategy while promoting the security of NIC‘s public sector web portals and online services. She oversaw the company‘s compliance and led a centralized security team supporting more than 30 subsidiaries nationwide. Prior to NIC, Jayne served as vice president and general counsel of a healthcare services company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Jayne has a bachelor‘s degree in political science from Tulane University and a juris doctor degree from the Tulane University Law School. She is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and also certified as Payment Card Industry Internal Security Assessor (PCI ISA).Jayne's bio.
