PNSQC Cancellation Policy
PNSQC is a non-profit organization with limited financial resources, and we have to pay many fixed and non-refundable expenses, mostly well in advance of when the event occurs. Without the money our early registrants provide, PNSQC would not be possible.
PNSQC reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, dates, locations, and accommodations and will make every effort to notify delegates within a reasonable period. However, PNSQC is not responsible for event changes, including cancelation, imposed by public health officials, government agencies, or other authorities. Also, PNSQC is not responsible for personal travel, accommodations, or other incidental expenses in connection with changes to an event.
Registrations canceled 60 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund, although we prefer that you transfer the registration to someone else within your organization. For a cancelation code, please email program@pnsqc.org
No portion of the registration fee will be returned for cancelations made less than 60 days prior to the conference, however the online proceedings and resources will be made available to the registrant. Substitutions may be made at any time.
